Our publications

The article ‘Principles for guiding and unlocking the transformation of the European Union agrifood system’ has just been published in the journal Nature Food.

This article, co-authored by several INRAE researchers, including Stéphane Turolla, and their colleagues from Aarhus University and Wageningen Social and Economic Research, examines the transformation of food systems in the European Union.
