Marie Lassalas' PhD has started on October 1st, 2020. The PhD will examine whether horizontal and vertical coordination in agricultural and food chains can promote the production of environmental goods at farm level. It aims at identifying the changes generated by HVE labeling on agricultural production systems, studying their impact on farms' performance, and analysing the contracting attributes (price formulas, volume commitment, duration, quality requirements) to favour environmental labeling. This work will be carried out as part of the FarmHVE research project funded by the chair "Better production for better consumption" between the Agromousquetaires group and the Institut Agro - Agrocampus Ouest. The PhD supervisor is Sabine Duvaleix.
