Our projects

This event, co-organized by Catherine Laroche-Dupraz, will focus on the theme “Changing food habits and GHG emissions”. It will be organized in two parts: the first, in the morning, will focus on the levers to promote low-carbon food on the demand side; the second, in the afternoon, will focus on differentiating and promoting low-carbon food consumption from the perspective of major retailers.
