As part of a series entitled “Geopolitics of beef”, Vincent Chatellier was asked to talk about the implications of the EU/Mercosur free-trade agreement for the European and French beef industry. Two other guests were present on the set: François Purseigle (sociologist at the École Nationale Supérieure Agronomique de Toulouse) and Stefan De Vries (European affairs correspondent for Dutch radio BNR).
