La Terre est notre métier

Our appearances

On September 26, 2024, the first results of the CLINOrg project were presented at the "La Terre est notre métier" agricultural tradeshow for organic professionals in Retiers.

Among the conferences on the tradeshow's program, Florence Garcia-Launay (INRAE, PEGASE), Chantal Le Mouël and Thomas Nesme (INRAE, ISPA) presented the initial results of the CLINOrg (Climate Neutral Organic Agriculture) project funded by INRAE's Métabio metaprogramme. The aim of this project is to develop scenarios for the expansion of organic farming in Europe up to 2050, and to assess the impacts in terms of land use change and greenhouse gas emissions in Europe and globally. To achieve this, the project proposes to couple two models: the agronomic nitrogen cycle model Goanim, and the biomass balance model GlobAgri.
